She was phenomenal to work with! Julie took the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. In a matter of a few days, she completely understood what we would love and what we wouldn’t be interested in. As a Tucson native, Julie knows the area well. She not only showed us homes, but also took us to various neighborhoods in and around Tucson so that we could narrow down the areas where we wanted to focus our search. In this crazy market, she was super responsive and never lost her cool. She was such a reassuring presence. We would absolutely recommend Julie to anyone, whether buying or selling a home in Tucson.

She advocated for me every step of the way. Even though I pretty much had decided where I wanted to buy she still went over and beyond in helping me look at other properties and make sure it was the right decision for me. In the end I decided to have my home built by Delwebb and she was the agent representing me. I could not be in town while my home was built. She checked on it’s progress each week and kept me informed. When I finally came a month before completion she picked me up at the airport and took me to the home where my car was being stored. She met with me with the supervisor of my build numerous times and went above and beyond what an agent would need to do. She referred me to an inspector and coordinated our inspection and made sure Delwebb followed through with things that needed to be completed. She also saw to it that I was compensated by Delwebb when we had to pay for an extra inspection due to them being behind their deadline. Finally even after all was completed Julie continues to be a resource to me in finding handymen, electricians, blinds and shades, etc. Julie is the total package and whoever gets her as their realtor is very lucky! I cannot say enough good things about this team. The most recent transaction was the sale of my home in which they represented me as a buyer back in 2019. We all know how stressful it can be but they were always very assuring things would continue to proceed and eventually reach the conclusion. Their communication was prompt and excellent and they were always open to my ideas and side conversations. They really did take the time and truly acted in my best interest every step of the way. They were both very professional, apologetic when they felt maybe they weren't performing to my expectations (which was never the case).
